Villages, cafés, buildings, landscape, beach

Drawing and painting on Mallorca

Kirchd mit Händen.jpg

Explore Mallorca creatively!

Nature, life and art in Mallorca are waiting to be captured and interpreted with brushes, pencils and paint!

Turquoise waters, beige beaches, old town life, cathedrals, narrow alleyways, artists' villages, galleries, lively cafés. Such intense colours and variety of forms!

Our home base will be Sóller in the north-west of the island. A beautiful historic town with interesting buildings, winding picturesque streets, numerous cafés and restaurants. Connected to the beach and seaside resort of Port de Sóller by a small historic train (or by car, a 10-minute drive).

There we have 2-4 holiday homes/villas with 3-4 bedrooms each at our disposal.

The price refers to a single room including the seminar, but double rooms can of course also be booked. Or you can book your own accommodation.

From there, we can relax and easily explore the surroundings and the sea and immerse ourselves in our creative processes!

For beginners and advanced learners

Monday to Friday, arrival no later than Sunday, departure no earlier than Saturday

= 5-day seminar

(individual solutions can be found)

HERE'S WHAT THE WEEK COULD LOOK LIKE:

We'll either start right at the accommodation or in one of the many cafés with relaxation/warm-up exercises. Or we'll drive straight to one of our excursion destinations.

Many techniques, approaches and helpful tips will be taught in a playful and simple way.

Afterwards, there will be plenty of time for you to put what you have learnt into practice, during which I will be happy to advise you individually, give you ideas and point out possible new approaches or explore them with you.

At the end of our daily creative session, we will review the day and look at pictures of our work.

Great importance is attached to maintaining an atmosphere that is empathetic, positive, benevolent, constructive and appreciative. This allows each artist to see their work from a completely different perspective and gain new ideas for further work.

Flights

Flights must be booked independently. Airport: PMI Palma de Mallorca

Food

Each house has a fully equipped kitchen where you can prepare breakfast or cook meals. Supermarkets are within walking distance.

The locations we will be visiting have supermarkets and restaurants where we can eat together or individually, as desired.

Materials

It would be good if you could bring a small basic set of equipment with you. As a rule, the necessary materials are easy and inexpensive to purchase. And maybe you have your favourite materials that you can bring with you.

We definitely need the following:

Personal items

Don't forget good footwear (sturdy shoes are sufficient), swimming gear, sun hat, sunscreen, small rucksack
